All products sold through liuchuangparts.com are supplied by Foshan Hechuang Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. These warranty terms apply to all purchases made on our website and explain clearly what is covered, what is not covered, and how to make a warranty claim.

1. 12-Month Limited Warranty
We offer a 12-month (one-year) limited warranty on engine rebuild kits and overhaul components sold under the LIUCHUANG brand, covering material defects and manufacturing faults present at the time of delivery.

✗Fleet downtime, lost revenue, towing costs, or rental equipment fees
✗Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or improper maintenance
✗Normal wear and tear in heavy-duty operational environments
2. ECM / ECU Modules & Diagnostic Tools Warranty
Electronic components and diagnostic instruments have specific warranty conditions due to the precision nature of their programming and operation:

ECM / ECU Warranty Claims
Warranty claims on Engine Control Modules must be supported by an official, unmodified diagnostic report (e.g., CAT ET Product Status Report, Cummins QuickServe log, or Inline 7 diagnostic file) showing the fault codes and failure history. Claims without diagnostic documentation cannot be processed.

Diagnostic Scanner Kits — 12-Month Hardware Warranty
Diagnostic tools (CAT ET4, Cummins Inline 7, Volvo Vocom II) carry a 12-month hardware warranty. This warranty is voided if software is modified, tampered with, or activated by unauthorized personnel outside normal operating procedures.

Fuel Injectors & High-Pressure Pumps
Warranty claims for common rail injectors and fuel pumps require documented evidence that the vehicle’s fuel lines and filters were thoroughly cleaned before the new component was installed. Contamination caused by dirty fuel systems is not covered under warranty.
3. Product Information & Compatibility Accuracy
Our technical team works diligently to ensure that all product descriptions, compatibility charts, part numbers, and images on liuchuangparts.com are accurate and up to date.

4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Foshan Hechuang Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to:

✗Secondary mechanical damage to the engine or vehicle system
✗Towing, recovery, or rental equipment costs
✗Any losses caused by incorrect installation or improper use of the part
⚠️ Maximum Liability Cap
In any case where LIUCHUANG Parts is found liable, our maximum total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the customer for the specific item giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law in your jurisdiction.
5. Installation Responsibility
All electronic components, fuel system parts, and engine rebuild kits should be installed by a qualified and certified mechanic with experience in heavy equipment systems. Incorrect installation can cause serious damage and will void the warranty.

6. How to File a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please follow these four steps. Having all documents ready in advance will speed up the process significantly.

Submit Supporting Documentation
Please provide: your original purchase invoice, proof of professional installation (mechanic’s repair order or workshop receipt), and — for ECM/ECU claims — an official unmodified diagnostic report (CAT ET / Cummins QuickServe / Inline 7).

Prepare the Part for Return
Drain all fluids from the component completely. Pack it securely in its original box with protective foam or bubble wrap inside a sturdy outer shipping box. Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.

Ship to Our Warehouse Within 30 Days of RMA
Once your RMA is approved, ship the item to our Foshan warehouse via a trackable courier (DHL, FedEx, or UPS). The part must arrive within 30 calendar days of RMA issuance. Send us your tracking number after dispatch.
