To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LIUCHUANG disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.
Any warranty must be provided in writing and signed by an authorized LIUCHUANG representative. Customers agree not to rely on oral statements or promises.

Limited Rebuild Kit Warranty
LIUCHUANG offers a limited one-year warranty on select rebuild kits sold directly by LIUCHUANG.
This warranty is limited strictly to replacement of the rebuild kit only.
The following items are expressly excluded:
- Labor and installation costs
- Progressive, secondary, or collateral damage
- Incidental or consequential damages
- Downtime, towing, diagnostics, rental equipment, or lost revenue
LIUCHUANG may request the return of the failed or used kit for internal quality inspection. Return may not always be required to validate warranty eligibility. If requested, a prepaid return label may be provided at LIUCHUANG’s discretion.
This warranty is issued solely by LIUCHUANG and is separate from any OEM, manufacturer, or third-party warranties.

Exclusion & Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LIUCHUANG shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits
- Loss of data
- Loss of revenue
- Vehicle or equipment downtime
- Business interruption
If LIUCHUANG is found liable for any claim despite the limitations above, LIUCHUANG’s total liability shall not exceed USD $100.00 to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In such cases, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Installation & Use Responsibility
LIUCHUANG is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, abuse, incorrect part selection, or improper installation.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer or installer to:
- Verify part compatibility and application
- Follow all technical instructions and safety guidelines
- Ensure proper installation and use
LIUCHUANG assumes no liability for damages resulting from incorrect installation or improper application.
Warranty Policy Overview
LIUCHUANG products are backed by a limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship.
The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, improper installation, or application errors.
All warranty claims must be reviewed and approved before replacement or credit is issued.
All parts related to a warranty claim must be retained and returned for inspection. Do not discard any parts before claim resolution.
Labor reimbursement applies only to products that explicitly include a labor warranty and must be supported by a valid labor invoice. Labor rates and hours are determined according to manufacturer guidelines.
Certain electronic components may require ECM reports to support warranty evaluation.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
Step 1 – Complete the Warranty Claim Form
Fill out all required fields completely. Incomplete submissions may cause delays or claim denial.
Step 2 – Provide Supporting Documentation
- Proof of purchase / invoice
- Installation invoice
- Labor invoice (if applicable)
- ECM report (if required)
Step 3 – Prepare the Part for Return
- Drain all fluids
- Clean and dry the unit
- Pack securely (original packaging if available)
- Use packaging suitable for the weight and size of the part
Step 4 – Return for Inspection
- A prepaid return label may be provided after claim review
- Only approved labels may be used
- Parts must be returned within 30 days or the claim will be closed
- Include Return Authorization documentation in the package
Warranty approval or denial will be determined at the discretion of the manufacturer or LIUCHUANG based on inspection results.
