1. Return Window & Eligibility

We accept returns within 90 days from the date your tracking shows as delivered. To qualify, all of the following conditions must be met:

✔ Item is brand new, uninstalled, unused, and unaltered
✔ Returned in its original intact packaging with all seals, tags, calibration sheets, and accessories included
✗ Items showing signs of installation, grease, thread wear, bolting marks, or physical damage are not eligible for return

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following item categories cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective due to our error:

Custom Programmed ECM / ECU Modules
Modules programmed to your specific Engine Serial Number (ESN) or VIN are built-to-order. They cannot be returned for buyer-remorse or ordering errors. Please double-check your ESN before ordering. If the unit arrives defective, we will replace or refund it in full at no cost to you.

Fuel Injectors & High-Pressure Pumps (After Fuel Contact)
Fuel system components exposed to fuel or tested on a bench cannot be returned due to contamination risk. Items that remain unused and in original sealed packaging are still eligible within the 90-day window.

Opened Diagnostic Software & Activated Licenses
Diagnostic scanner kits (CAT ET4, Cummins Inline 7, Volvo Vocom II) with broken security seals or activated software licenses cannot be returned once opened.

3. How to Start a Return (RMA Required)

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before you ship anything. Please do not send any package without first receiving your RMA. To request one, email us with the following three details:

Packages sent to our warehouse without an RMA number clearly written on the outer box will be refused and returned to sender at the sender’s cost.

4. Step-by-Step Return Process

Request Your RMA Number
Email help@liuchuangparts.com with your order number, part number, and reason for return. We will reply with your RMA number and return instructions within 1 business day.

Pack the Item Carefully
Place the part in its original manufacturer box. Put this inside a sturdy outer shipping box with foam or bubble wrap padding to protect against transit damage.

Write RMA Number on the Outside of the Box
Clearly write or print your RMA number on the exterior of the outer shipping box. This is required for customs clearance and warehouse acceptance in China.

Ship with Tracking & Send Us the Number
Ship via a trackable courier (DHL, FedEx, or UPS recommended for international). Email your tracking number to help@liuchuangparts.com so we can monitor the return.

5. Inspection & Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it within 3 business days. We will notify you by email of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued back to your original PayPal account as follows:

6. Who Pays for Return Shipping?
