Payment Methods
Secure checkout powered by PayPal. All prices in USD.
1. Pay with PayPal
Select PayPal at checkout and you will be taken to PayPal to log in and confirm the payment. You are returned to our site automatically once the payment is approved.
This route is worth using if you already have a PayPal account, because it draws on whatever funding source you have set up there — PayPal balance, a linked bank account, or any card saved to your PayPal wallet, including American Express.
Your PayPal purchase is also covered by PayPal Buyer Protection, subject to PayPal's own terms.
2. Pay by Credit or Debit Card
Select Credit/Debit Cards at checkout and enter your card details directly on our checkout page. No PayPal account is needed and you are not redirected anywhere — the whole payment happens in one place.
We never see your card number. The card fields on our checkout page are hosted by PayPal. Your card number, expiry date and security code are sent directly to PayPal and never reach our servers. We receive only a transaction reference and the last four digits.
3. American Express and Other Cards
Holding an Amex, Discover or JCB card? Our direct card form accepts Visa and Mastercard only. You can still pay with these cards by choosing the PayPal option at checkout and using the card saved in your PayPal wallet.
If you have a business card that will not go through either route, contact us and we will find another way to complete your order.
4. Bank Transfer — Wholesale Orders
Bank transfer (T/T) is available for wholesale and bulk orders. It suits fleet operators, mining contractors and maintenance depots whose finance departments settle by invoice rather than by card.
To pay by transfer, email help@liuchuangparts.com with your order details. We will issue a proforma invoice with our bank details and a payment reference.
- Quote the invoice number in the transfer reference so we can match your payment
- Send us the transfer confirmation or reference number once the payment is initiated
- Allow 2–5 business days for international transfers to clear
Orders paid by transfer enter production once funds have cleared. Bank charges levied by the sending or intermediary bank are payable by the buyer.
5. Payment Security
- PayPal-hosted card fields. Card data is captured inside secure fields served by PayPal, so it never passes through our website or servers.
- No stored card numbers. We do not save card details, and we cannot retrieve them. Every payment requires you to enter the card afresh.
- Encrypted connection. The entire site, including checkout, is served over HTTPS with TLS encryption.
- 3-D Secure. Card payments are screened through 3-D Secure where your issuing bank requires it, adding an extra layer of verification.
- We will never ask for card details by email or WhatsApp. If you receive such a request claiming to be from us, do not respond — contact us directly.
6. Currency and Pricing
All prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). If your card or PayPal account is held in another currency, your provider converts the amount at their own exchange rate and may add a foreign transaction fee. That conversion is between you and your provider — we always charge the USD amount shown at checkout.
The amount on your statement may therefore differ slightly from the USD total, and may appear a day or two after you order.
7. If Your Payment Is Declined
Declines are decided by your bank or by PayPal, not by us, and we are not told the reason. The most common causes are:
- The billing address entered does not match the address registered to the card
- An international transaction block on the card — many banks block China-based merchants by default
- A daily or per-transaction limit, common on business cards for orders over USD 1,000
- A 3-D Secure verification that was not completed
- A card type we cannot process directly — see section 3
What to do: check the billing address, then call the number on the back of your card and ask them to authorize an international transaction to a merchant in China. This resolves most declines on the second attempt.
Alternatively, try the PayPal option instead, or contact us and we will help you complete the order another way.
8. What Is Not Included in the Price
The amount you pay us covers the goods and free worldwide shipping. It does not cover import duties, customs clearance fees, brokerage charges, VAT, GST or sales tax levied in your country.
These are charged separately by your local authorities or carrier on delivery, and are the buyer's responsibility. See our Shipping Policy for details.
9. Payment Timing and Order Processing
Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering. Your order enters our handling queue once the payment has cleared, and is dispatched within 1–3 business days.
If a payment is authorized but the order cannot be fulfilled — for example a pricing error or a stock issue — we cancel the order and refund in full, normally within 1–2 business days. See our Return & Refund Policy.
10. Refunds
Refunds are always returned to the original payment method — we cannot refund to a different card, account or payee.
Refunds to a PayPal balance normally appear within a few hours. Refunds to a Visa or Mastercard usually take 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
11. Payment Enquiries
For questions about a charge already on your statement, please contact your card issuer or PayPal first — they can see details we cannot. If you need our transaction reference, email us with your order number and we will send it.
Note: All prices are quoted and charged in USD and exclude import duties, taxes and destination charges. Card payments are processed by PayPal; we do not store card details.
