These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of liuchuangparts.com and all purchases made through this store. By browsing this website, creating an account, requesting a quotation or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this website or place an order. Where you purchase as a consumer in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

2. Products, Compatibility and Aftermarket Status

All products offered on this website are aftermarket or remanufactured replacement parts. They are not produced by, supplied by or certified by the original equipment manufacturer of the machine they are intended to fit.

Brand names, trademarks, machine models and part numbers are used solely to identify the equipment a part is designed to fit. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their use on this website does not imply any affiliation, authorization, sponsorship or endorsement.

We take care to publish accurate descriptions, specifications, cross-reference numbers and images. Errors, omissions and differences may nonetheless occur due to manufacturer revisions, supplier changes or photography and display variation.

3. Accounts and Customer Information

You may place an order as a guest or create an account. Where you provide information, you agree that it is accurate, complete and current, and you agree to keep it updated.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.

Accounts with no order activity for twelve consecutive months may be deactivated for security reasons. You may reactivate an account at any time by contacting us.

4. Pricing, Currency and Errors

All prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). Prices exclude customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, remote-area surcharges and any other charges levied in the destination country.

We make every effort to ensure prices and specifications are correct. Where a product is listed with an incorrect price or incorrect compatibility information, we reserve the right to cancel or decline the order before dispatch, whether or not payment has already been received.

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be returned to the original payment method, normally within 1–2 business days of cancellation. No fees or deductions are applied to refunds issued for pricing or specification errors on our side.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

When you submit an order you are making an offer to purchase the listed products under these Terms. An automated order confirmation or payment receipt acknowledges that we have received your order; it does not by itself constitute acceptance.

An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance, begin processing or dispatch the goods. We may decline or limit any order where a product is unavailable, where product or pricing information is incorrect, where payment cannot be verified, where shipping restrictions apply, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

Quotations issued by us are invitations to place an order and are not binding offers unless expressly stated in writing. Quotations are prepared on the basis of the information you supply and may be amended or withdrawn before an order is accepted.

6. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of ordering unless we have agreed alternative terms with you in writing. Orders are not processed or dispatched until payment has been received and cleared.

Payments are processed by PayPal. You may pay using a PayPal account or by Visa or Mastercard through PayPal's secure card processing. Card details are entered into PayPal-hosted fields and are never stored on our servers.

You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Where a payment dispute, chargeback or unauthorized payment claim is raised, we reserve the right to supply the payment provider with order records, correspondence, dispatch confirmation, tracking data and any other relevant evidence.

7. ECM / ECU Programming

Engine control modules are configured to match your specific machine using the Engine Serial Number (ESN) or Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) you supply at the time of ordering. We do not modify, disable or alter emissions control systems, and we do not supply performance-modification programming of any kind.

8. Shipping and Delivery

All orders are dispatched from Foshan, Guangdong, China. Handling time is normally 1–3 business days from payment clearance.

The carrier is assigned automatically according to the total weight of your order. Lightweight items are dispatched by economy service; heavier items are dispatched by express courier. The service applied to your order is shown in the order summary at checkout.

Delivery estimates are indicative only. Actual transit times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier operations, weather, remote-area delivery, address verification or events outside our reasonable control.

You must supply a complete and accurate delivery address and a valid telephone number where the carrier requires one. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, redirection charges or losses arising from incomplete or inaccurate address information. A tracking number is provided within 24–48 hours of dispatch. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy.

9. Customs, Import Duties and Taxes

All shipments are international. As the buyer, you are the importer of record in your country and are responsible for:

• All import duties, customs fees and clearance charges levied on delivery
• Any VAT, GST or sales tax applicable in your country
• Compliance with local import regulations for heavy equipment parts

We declare shipment values accurately on all customs documentation. We do not mark shipments as gifts and we do not under-declare values under any circumstances.

10. Title and Risk of Loss

Title to the goods passes to you once payment has been received in full and cleared. Risk of loss or damage passes in accordance with the shipping terms, carrier rules and applicable law. If a shipment arrives damaged, short or incorrect, contact us promptly so that we can review the matter and pursue a carrier claim, replacement or refund as appropriate.

11. Cancellations

You may request cancellation at any time before your order enters fulfilment. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has been packed, an ECM has been configured to your ESN or VIN, or the shipment has been handed to the carrier. Where a cancellation is accepted after payment, the refund is processed to the original payment method.

12. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You must contact us and obtain return instructions before sending any item back. Items returned without prior authorization may be delayed, refused or returned to sender. Refund timing depends on the payment method, the order status and the outcome of return inspection.

13. Warranty

What is covered. Defects in materials and workmanship that prevent the part from performing its intended function under normal operating conditions, when installed and used in accordance with the applicable service manual.

What is not covered. Normal wear; improper or incorrect installation; misuse or unsuitable application; unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification; neglect or inadequate maintenance; accident or external damage; contaminated fuel, oil or coolant; incorrect voltage, poor earthing or wiring faults elsewhere on the machine; and damage caused by other failed components. Configuration errors arising from an incorrect ESN or VIN supplied by you are also excluded.

Making a claim. Submit your claim through our Warranty Policy page. We may request your order number, photographs, fault codes, diagnostic readings or return of the unit for evaluation. Where a claim is approved we will repair, replace or refund at our option.

Not included. Unless required by law, warranty cover does not extend to installation or removal labour, diagnostic time, machine downtime, rental replacement, towing or recovery, loss of production, or any other indirect or consequential loss.

14. Installation, Use and Safety

All electronic components, fuel system parts and engine components must be installed, serviced and maintained by a qualified and certified technician, in accordance with the applicable service manual, safety procedures and local regulations.

Damage arising from installation by unqualified personnel is not covered. If you believe a part presents a safety risk or defect, stop using it and contact us promptly.

15. Wholesale and Bulk Orders

We supply mining operations, fleet operators, maintenance depots and independent workshops. Bulk orders with a value of USD 8,000 or above qualify for a 5% discount on the qualifying order.

To open a wholesale account, email help@liuchuangparts.com with your company name, country and estimated monthly volume. Verification is normally completed within one business day.

16. Promotions, Coupons and Loyalty Discounts

Promotions, coupon codes, free-shipping offers and loyalty discounts may be subject to their own conditions, eligibility criteria, expiry dates, product exclusions and quantity limits.

Returning customers qualify for a 2% discount on subsequent orders following a completed first order and delivery; contact us to have this applied to your account. Unless expressly stated, offers cannot be combined, transferred, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively. We may amend, suspend or withdraw a promotion where permitted by law.

17. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Interfere with the security, availability or operation of the website
