2. Pricing & Specification Errors
We make every effort to ensure that all prices and product specifications listed on our website are accurate. However, errors can occasionally occur due to system updates or data entry mistakes.

If a product is listed with an incorrect price or incorrect compatibility information, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order before it is dispatched, regardless of whether payment has been received.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, a full 100% refund will be returned to your original PayPal account within 1–2 business days. No fees or deductions will be applied.
3. Custom ECM / ECU Programming
Engine Control Modules (ECM / ECU) are programmed specifically to your machine using the Engine Serial Number (ESN) or Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) you provide at the time of ordering.
📋 Buyer’s Responsibility
You are responsible for providing the correct and accurate ESN / VIN before ordering. Incorrectly submitted engine data that results in a programming error is not covered under warranty.
✗ Cannot Be Returned
Because programmed ECMs are built specifically for your machine, they cannot be returned for buyer-remorse or incorrect ESN/VIN submissions. If the unit is defective on arrival, we will replace or refund it in full.

4. Customs, Import Duties & Taxes
All orders are shipped internationally from Foshan, Guangdong, China. As the buyer, you are the importer of record in your country and are responsible for:

Our prices are quoted in USD and do not include any destination taxes or import fees. We declare all shipment values accurately on customs forms and do not mark items as gifts or under-declare values.

Where liability is established, our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific item giving rise to the claim. This limit applies to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of your jurisdiction.

Installation Notice: All electronic components, fuel system parts, and engine components should be installed by a qualified and certified mechanic. Damage resulting from improper installation by unqualified personnel is not covered.
