How Your Order Is Handled
Every order passes through the same four stages. Nothing leaves the building untested.
We cross-reference your part number, machine model and engine serial number against our fitment data. If something does not line up, we contact you before we ship — not after.
Control modules are configured using the Engine Serial Number or VIN you supply, so the unit is ready to fit on arrival with no dealer visit. We do not modify, disable or alter emissions control systems, and we do not supply performance-modification programming.
Every electronic unit is powered up and function-tested before packing. We carry out board-level diagnosis and repair in-house under microscope — we are not simply forwarding boxes. Ask us and we will send a photo or short video of your actual unit under test before it ships.
Electronics are packed in anti-static bags with foam protection. A tracking number follows within 24–48 hours of dispatch.

Packing and Dispatch
Electronic control units are sensitive to static and impact. Every unit is sealed in an anti-static bag, foam-packed, and boxed with the part number and order reference on the outside. Customs paperwork is completed accurately — we declare true values and never mark shipments as gifts.
