Eligibility for Returns
Warranty Claims
For warranty-related issues, customers must contact LIUCHUANG technical support before returning any item. Troubleshooting or documentation may be required before return authorization is approved.
Non-Warranty Returns
- Return requests must be submitted within 90 days of delivery.
- Products must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- Installed, used, modified, or damaged items are not eligible for return.
- Certain items may be non-returnable, including original/core parts unless otherwise stated in writing.
Return Authorization (RMA Required)
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
To request an RMA, please contact LIUCHUANG Customer Support and provide the following information:
- Order number
- Part number(s)
- Reason for return
Returns sent without an approved RMA number may be refused and returned to the sender.
Return Procedure
- Obtain an approved RMA number from LIUCHUANG.
- Securely package the product to prevent shipping damage.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item following the return instructions provided by LIUCHUANG.
Inspection, Refunds & Exchanges
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival.
- Refunds will be issued for approved returns that meet all policy requirements.
- Exchanges may be processed if a replacement is requested and available.
- LIUCHUANG reserves the right to deny refunds for items returned in non-resalable condition.
Refund Processing Time
- PayPal: Usually within 1 business day after approval.
- Credit Card: Usually within 5 business days after approval (depending on bank processing time).
If the original order qualified for free shipping, the refund amount will not be reduced by the outbound shipping cost.
Shipping Cost Responsibility
- Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs apply when the item was ordered incorrectly or is no longer needed.
- LIUCHUANG Responsibility: Return shipping costs are covered when the return is due to a confirmed quality defect or an incorrect item shipped by LIUCHUANG.
Return Address
Please do not return products without prior authorization.
Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided after RMA approval.
Returns that do not comply with this policy may be rejected and returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.
