You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by emailing us. Unsubscribing does not stop transactional messages about your orders, refunds, warranty claims or account, which we must continue to send.

Where we transfer personal information out of the EEA or the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses with our processors, or on the derogation permitting transfers necessary for the performance of a contract with you — namely, fulfilling the order you have placed.

Our service providers also operate internationally, and information shared with them may be processed in the United States, the European Union and other jurisdictions in accordance with their own transfer mechanisms.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the rights in section 13 are conferred on you by the GDPR, the UK GDPR or the Swiss FADP as applicable.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority — for example, the Information Commissioner's Office in the United Kingdom, or the data protection authority of your EU member state.

15. California and Other US States

If you are a California resident, the CCPA as amended by the CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to request deletion or correction; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and to limit the use of sensitive personal information.

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we do not knowingly process sensitive personal information for purposes requiring an opt-out.

Residents of other US states with comprehensive privacy laws have comparable rights. To exercise them, contact us using the details in section 19.
