Why haven’t I received my order confirmation email?
Please check your junk or spam folder. To prevent this from happening, add help@liuchuangparts.com to your safe sender list. If you still cannot find the email, contact us directly and we will resend it.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number will be emailed to you immediately after dispatch. You can track your shipment directly on the DHL, FedEx, UPS, or Yanwen tracking portal using this number.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Please contact us at help@liuchuangparts.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
My order / part did not arrive — what do I do?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, first check the tracking link provided. If the tracking shows delivered but you have not received the item, or if there is no tracking update for more than 10 business days, contact us and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
How do I get a refund?
Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Contact help@liuchuangparts.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
