Product Details
This operator monitor (gauge cluster / monitor display panel) is an aftermarket replacement for Caterpillar part number 309-5711 (3095711). It is used across Caterpillar D2, E and F series excavators from 312E to 390F, M314F to M323F wheeled excavators, MH3022 / MH3024 / MH3295 material handlers, mobile hydraulic power units and 3512B generator sets.
The monitor shows the operator the charging system status, hydraulic oil temperature, engine oil pressure, coolant flow and temperature and other running conditions. The assembly uses an ABS housing with 6-pin and 12-pin harness connectors.
Every display is inspected and function-tested before dispatch: the unit is powered up, the screen and backlight are checked across the full display area, the keypad is exercised, and the connector and housing seal are inspected for damage. Units are packed in anti-static and padded packaging so the screen arrives undamaged.

Installation Notes: Fitting the display is straightforward, but disconnect the battery before unplugging the old monitor, support the panel while releasing the bracket so the screen is not strained, and check the connector behind the module for corrosion or bent pins before plugging in.
