This EMCP 4.1 and 4.2 generator control panel is a new aftermarket replacement for reference numbers 450-9596, 503-4399, 592-5150, 351-8757, 20R-4091, 30R-0042 and 20R-8823, fitted as a direct replacement on C9, C13, C15, C18, C27 and C32 generator sets and C27 petroleum gen sets.
EMCP 4.1 and 4.2 sit at the entry and mid points of the EMCP 4 range. They are the panels found on the great majority of single-engine standby and prime power sets — the ones that run a single alternator without paralleling, load sharing or energy storage coordination. This panel is not plug-and-play. Every generator set carries its own configuration — engine family, alternator rating, voltage and frequency, CT ratios, protection thresholds and alarm setpoints — and the panel must be programmed to match your set by a qualified technician using approved service software before it will operate correctly.
